Hey there! My name is Aqilah, your dedicated fitness and wellness coach. From an early age, I was always passionate about fitness and nutrition. In 2020 I got my ACE certificate to instruct group fitness at F45 Training, and in 2022 I made the transition as a group fitness trainer at Revel Fit Club. Originally from Brazil, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and became a certified personal trainer throughout NASM .
