Senior Fitness Trainer San Diego

My fitness journey began over 23 years ago in a small training studio in Carmel Valley. While studying Biochemistry at UCSD, I started at the front desk but quickly transitioned to working with clients and teaching group fitness classes. I discovered a passion for helping people that led me to a fulfilling career in the fitness industry.

Experience and Expertise

I’m certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I’ve also obtained my Special Populations Certification, allowing me to work with:

  • Seniors: Improve your strength, mobility, and overall health with age-appropriate exercise programs.
  • People with Chronic Illnesses: Manage your condition and enhance your quality of life through safe and effective exercise.
  • Stroke and Brain Injury Survivors: Regain strength, coordination, and functional independence through specialized training.

I’m also completing my second level of Egoscue training, which focuses on postural assessments and therapy to help my clients live a pain-free lifestyle.
