Elliot Kim – Mobility Specialist, ATG Coach
Hi! My name’s Elliot and I’m pumped to be your personal strength and mobility coach. With Bachelor’s Degrees in Cellular Biology and Neuroscience from Williams College, and ATG Level 1 Certification awarded by Ben Patrick himself, I’ve been working closely with motivated individuals for the past two years.
My goal for you: As we train together, my aim is to teach you the most up-to-date information on strength and mobility training, and guide you to master and truly internalize each movement. As a result of our work together, you will become a self-sufficient learner and mobility machine, capable of: (1) applying the appropriate training principles to any exercise, (2) breaking down and understanding the components of each exercise and programming all by yourself, and (3) continuing to learn with your newfound ability to decipher and sort through the mass information online.
What sets me apart? I truly want you to achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself. This doesn’t only mean in terms of your fitness goals. I also want you to become a self-sufficient learner and lifelong practitioner of physical movement. Each session with me will be a gold mine, as we work together through a program that I design specifically for you.
