If you’re looking to transform your body and achieve what you once thought impossible, you’ve come to the right place. I’m Coach Koso, and I’ve not only studied health and fitness to the highest levels, but I’ve also lived it. I’ve personally lost 115 pounds and achieved a physique I’m proud of.

I’m passionate about helping others transform their lives—mentally, physically, and spiritually. It brings me great joy to guide my clients on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.

My Background

  • Former Division 1A Athlete: I played offensive line for the University of Arizona, giving me firsthand experience in elite-level fitness and athletic training.
  • Experienced Trainer: I have over 12 years of experience in fitness and over 5 years of experience as a personal trainer.
  • Proven Results: I’ve helped clients achieve incredible transformations, including one who lost 100 pounds of body fat and increased their back squat by 100 pounds in just one year!
