Hey! I’m Andy. I pride myself in providing detailed and results-oriented fitness programs and coaching. In my 12 years as a Personal Trainer, I have done over 20,000 personal, semi-private, and/or group sessions, owned my own gym, worked in corporate health and wellness, and youth fitness programs, as well as teach new trainers at the National Personal Training Institute (NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, Behavioral Coach).
I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward lifelong happiness by empowering them to optimize their physical and mental well-being. My passion lies in educating and facilitating those to achieve their fullest potential in body and life. Most importantly, I want to help you achieve YOUR goals. I work with all ages, but primarily work with women over the age of 50 looking to build strength, change body composition, and feel more confident in life.
More about me: Philly born and raised, in San Diego for 8 years and counting, I was a distance runner in high school and played ultimate frisbee for 10 years, and I love getting super nerdy about sports and movement.
