Hey! I’m Landon, a Strength, Nutrition and MMA Coach at Self Made Training Facility in Del Mar. I aim to utilize my education and experience to lead individuals through a profound lifestyle transformation. By wholeheartedly dedicating myself to clients, I empower them to attain tangible and sustainable results far beyond their expectations.
With over eight years of professional experience in strength training and nutrition coaching, combined with more than twenty years in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), I’ve trained hundreds of clients with a wide range of physical capabilities. Nearly six of those years were spent in commercial gyms, where I served as a Fitness Manager at 24 Hour Fitness and a Master Trainer at Fit Athletic Club.
Additionally, I’ve been featured in publications such as SDVoyager, CanvasRebel, and Bold Journey as a rising star in Del Mar.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness Specialist from San Diego State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. My certifications include:
