What’s up y’all! I’m Sydney. I’m psyched you are taking your goals and life to the next level….You deserve it.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with backgrounds in exercise science, emergency medicine, and mountain sports. From gym workouts to exploring remote wilderness to injury recovery, my philosophy in life revolves around a strong, healthy, resilient body and mind. I’m a big believer that variety is the spice of life (it’s actually Everything but the Bagel Seasoning but this is a bio not a blog) so whatever way you like to move the best, I am here for it. I have climbed, paddled, camped, dove, hiked and run all over the world so there’s nothing more I love than a challenge.

From coaching over 4000+ group classes and thousands of clients over the last decade, I have used a diversity of cardiovascular, strength, and power training concepts to help my clients achieve fat loss, increase in bone density, lean muscle mass growth, and race day peak performance.

When working with me, we’ll spend time together honing your vision of success – the path that’s right for you and the one that may need a software update – and then crafting a perfect plan for you to tackle the body, life, and workout you want. Through science backed training, measurable workouts, and my full support, we will prepare your body so it can do whatever you want it to do. We’ll integrate work, play, hustle, deep diving questions, and mindful movement to every session and check in. You’ll be in the driver’s seat putting in the hard work while I’ll be the roadmap to get you from point A to point B.
