She struggled from depression, insecurities and not having a profound sense of who she was, therefore filling the void with binge drinking, eating and partying it all away.The gym became her therapy and next thing you know she started seeing the results and transformed to be a whole different person. She grew a passion towards health, fitness and helping others, pursuing not only a career in personal training but also in the sport of bodybuilding. Her journey didn’t stop there however, as she continued to struggle with yoyo dieting trying to figure out what works, injuries, an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, self-hate and fell into an even bigger depression.
