I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA and through countless hours of research and years of exercising myself, I’ve fine tuned my craft to give my clients the best possible experience and knowledge they need! I’ve been lifting since 2017, have been on bodybuilding prep, and have worked alongside IFBB pro bodybuilders to not only improve personally, but for my personal training endeavors as well. I moved down to San Diego this past year in hopes to start my own personal training business. I started playing sports at age 4 and my passion for movement and health has only progressed since. I have always been very athletic and competitive in the best way. My love for sports starting at a young age made me realize how important exercise and nutrition is. It excited me to learn new things that could help me mentally and physically.I always had the idea that I was going to college to play soccer and major in kinesiology and sports medicine until covid happened. Therefore my whole entire plan shifted. While training during the summer to be prepared for my college soccer season, I fell in love with personal training. My mom being a personal trainer herself really inspired me to follow in her footsteps, which led me to not take the traditional route that I was supposed to and start my new path. Having my mom and many other mentors in my life that are all involved in the fitness space made me even more driven and inspired to follow this dream of mine and turn it into something.What I love to focus on in training sessions are strength and functional mobility training. When being new to the gym I feel functional mobility is key to focus on to get clients comfortable with the whole training process and their body movement. I also am very knowledgeable with strength training, being an athlete my whole life, and wanting to build more muscle so clients feel stronger and more confident in their own bodies.I have been a personal trainer since September of 2022, I have trained friends and clients my mom could not fit in her schedule and have heard all good feedback.
