Alex Kosinski – Personal Training Coach in Del Mar

Hello Everyone! ¡Buenas Damas y Caballeros!

If you are looking to transform your body in ways you’ve previously thought impossible, please read on. Many trainers have studied health & fitness to the highest levels, but few to none have lived it and successfully coached it the way I have. Personally, I have lost 115 lbs and achieved 6 pack abs. My top client lost 100lbs of body fat and increased his back squat by 100 lbs in one year! I have a passion for changing lives, mentally, physically and spiritually. It brings me great joy to help my clients grow (or shrink!) into the person they want to be.

About me:
I am a former Division 1A College Football Player (Offensive Lineman), having played for and graduated from the University of Arizona. I have over 12 years of personal experience in elite-level fitness & athletic training. I have over 5 years of personal training experience, working well with people of all ages, sizes, schedules and goals.

My program is completely customized to your preferences & personal goals. With my nutrition program, the food will do about 2/3rds of the work for you! I teach a clean, healthy lifestyle that first transforms your mind, then your body and finally your spirit.

I’m Ryan, NASM certified personal trainer. Over the course of the past 5 years my passion has been helping people become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. I started off as the fitness coordinator in the military to then work as a personal trainer at crunch, and then started my own independent training. My experience is working with general health and wellness to full on bodybuilding contest prep, but what’s most important to me is getting YOU to feel better, move better, and look better based on your own goals, and always progressing forward. My custom programs will ensure that you have the most safe, fun, and effective workouts to achieve all your fitness dreams and aspirations! [vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading source="post_title" font_container="tag:h1|font_size:18|text_align:center" use_theme_fonts="yes"][vc_column_text]Del Mar Fitness Trainer - I'm Jack Baker, and I'm now based in San Diego, offering personal training at Self Made Training Facility in Del Mar. My goal is to empower you to live your best life. I dedicate myself to training individuals, leveraging my certifications from the National Federation of Professional Trainers, ongoing progress in muscle activation techniques, and postural restoration. My motivation stems from personal experiences of discomfort and limited progress in the gym. I am driven to empower others by facilitating muscle activation across various ranges of motion, yielding immediate and tangible results. My expertise lies in functional movement, fostering muscle growth, and addressing persistent injuries. Contrary to being a conventional strength and conditioning coach, my focus is on rectifying bodily imbalances and discomfort. I've successfully assisted numerous clients who initially believed they suffered from issues like quadriceps or patella tendon pain, as well as ligament tears. In many cases, the root cause turns out to be misaligned pelvic orientation. Through targeted techniques involving breathing and muscle activation, I guide individuals toward realigning their bodies, enabling them to embrace their optimal lives. Drawing from a lifelong athletic background, including 9 years in baseball, 10 years in soccer, 8 years of surfing, and 7 years of beach/indoor volleyball, my journey into lifting and training others began when I confronted a left AIC right BC pattern while preparing for high-level beach volleyball over a two-year period. This pattern emerges when the left hemi-pelvis tilts forward, causing an anteriorly rotated pelvis due to an overactive chain of muscles called the Anterior Interior Chain. This adjustment impacts the orientation of the entire pelvis, including the sacrum and lower spine, creating a compensatory trunk rotation to maintain a forward-facing posture. After a challenging two years, I successfully transitioned away from this internally rotated and closed down right side, as well as the externally rotated and opened up left side. This transformation was achieved through a comprehensive approach involving neurological, psychological, breathing, strength, and muscle activation techniques. My mission revolves around equipping you with the essential knowledge and tools for optimizing muscle growth and preventing injuries. My training philosophy prioritizes the effectiveness and precise execution of exercises, coupled with intensity and proper progression.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
