Personal Trainer – Hey there! I’m Jay Heit. I’m originally from Carlsbad but I’ve always loved spending time up and down the coast of San Diego! Growing up i played all kinds of sports particularly competitive volleyball and surfing.My love for sports and the thrill of a good adrenaline rush is what started my passion for health and fitness.I started my journey with getting my yoga certification at a time in my life where i really wanted to use the information to help myself and others around me to feel mentally and physically their best.I received my personal training certification from ISSA which has equipped me with a solid foundation to create effective and personalized training programs. My mission is to empower my community and my clients to be the best version of themselves by improving their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being.I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, combining the right exercises, nutrition, and mindset. we’ll design a tailored workout routine that aligns with your goals and preferences, while also focusing on proper form and injury prevention. I worked with 5 different personal trainers over the next years and this experience changed my life. Now I am strong enough to pursue my dreams and the sports I enjoy.
