My name is Shelby, I am an avid motorcycle enthusiast and stunt rider! I am ACSM certified in training, and I have an extensive background in Pre-hospital medical care and outpatient, sport, and holistic programs.
I currently compete in local running races and events, and I perform stunts on my motorcycle on the weekends.
Fitness is front and center in my life. I became a new mom this last year, and health and fitness became my number one focus to be my strongest and sharpest. The key to success is simply being a better version of the person you were yesterday.
