I hold a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, NASM Certified, CPR/AED trained and I’ve spent the last decade leading group fitness and the past six years specializing in personal training. Throughout this journey, I’ve worked with thousands of individuals— each with unique goals, challenges, and dreams. My passion lies in turning those dreams into reality.
