She spent over 2 years as a personal trainer at Equinox, working her way up to be one of their top trainers. Amelia’s clients over the years have run the gamut. In my 12 years as a Personal Trainer, I have done over 20,000 personal, semi-private, and/or group sessions, owned my own gym, worked in corporate health and wellness, and youth fitness programs, as well as teach new trainers at the National Personal Training Institute (NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Specialist, Behavioral Coach).

Hey Badasses, it’s Bree Norton! I am a Del Mar native where I found my passion for strength training at Mira Costa College taking kinesiology classes. Although I didn’t pursue a kinesiology degree, I continued to expand my knowledge in fitness and continuously living a healthy lifestyle.
In 2020 I got my ACE certificate to instruct group fitness at F45 Training, and in 2022 I made the transition as a group fitness trainer at Revel Fit Club. This year, I am fully committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and maintaining accountability in the gym. My ultimate goal is to empower individuals to change their minds and bodies through strength training.
